Here at Chai Bouteaque, we try to keep things simple and fuss free because we know how important that is to our customers.

This is why we offer free shipping to all Singapore postal addresses.

This means if you have came across an awesome product you really want but are still considering your options for other items, you can go ahead and make your purchase for that item first!

As we have just starting out building Chai Bouteaque, we would like to concentrate on serving our local customers well. We currently only offer our products to Singapore postal addresses.

Returns

If the product is defective or damaged upon receipt, simply drop us an email with photos of the defective/ damaged product and we will either provide you with a full refund or send you a new product.
